TOWERS OF LIGHT 2008

I will not be posting this week, as I wish to keep this reminder on the top of my photostream reminding everyone that this week is the 8th anniversary of the tragedies of September 11th 2001. As sad as it sounds, some people have forgotten that tragic day when AMERICA came under attack. Eight years after the attack, many of the rescue workers and first responders are contracting cancers at an alarming rate. Let these lights remind everyone of the lives that were lost, and those who are now fighting to stay healthy. "NEVER FORGET"

This is the "TOWERS OF LIGHT" commemorating the anniversary of 9/11/01. They stand in close proximity to where the Towers once stood. It provides a ghost-like image of what once was…….and its beams of light go high up to the heavens. This photo was taken in 2008.
